Sometimes incidents and ideas are warnings but other times, these incidents and ideas can evolve into something that can help the future in time. From 1945 to 2015, society has been changing and improving the science behind bombs and from 1969 to 1977, the world has escalated their determination on putting men into space whereas even music and musicians during the years 1968 to 1980 influenced people’s way of life. From political, social, and technological changes, the past allows generations to evolve in life as individuals and as a society. Both politics and political issues have changed society’s views on the world. On July 16, 1945, the first atomic bomb was dropped. The United States established the Manhattan Project, comprised of the country’s leading scientists to create a bomb, which led to the creation of the atomic bomb, which was to be dropped onto Japan. From the bomb, 90,000 to 146,000 people were killed in Hiroshima and 39,000 to 80,000 people were killed in Nagasaki. The atomic bomb wiped out many blocks and destroyed many streets and buildings. This bomb was the most deadly bomb to successfully drop in that time. However, in 1954, the United States successfully detonated the first hydrogen bomb in the Pacific.
